Subscription Plan

SpartaQuiz offers one subscription plan:

Billing Cycle

Your subscription is billed monthly, beginning on the date you start your paid plan. Your billing date will be the same calendar date each month (or the last day of the month if shorter).

Auto-Renewal

Your SpartaQuiz Pro subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate on your renewal date.

We will send a reminder email before each renewal. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Free Trial

SpartaQuiz may offer a free trial period for new accounts. During a free trial, you will not be charged. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Only one free trial per person or organization is permitted.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the Platform until the period ends.

To cancel, go to: Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan.

Refund Policy

SpartaQuiz does not provide refunds for monthly subscription payments, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at billing@spartaquiz.com and we will investigate promptly.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. SpartaQuiz does not store your full credit card number. Your billing information is subject to our payment provider's security standards and privacy policy.

Accepted payment methods: major credit and debit cards.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected within 7 days, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved. You will not lose your data during a suspension period.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes via email. Your continued use of the Platform after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price.

Taxes

Subscription prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Depending on your location, additional sales tax or VAT may be applied to your invoice.
